Terms of Service
1. Who we are
FlowBill ("we", "us", flowbill.online) is run by [legal name of the business], [address], [country]. Contact: [email address].
2. What the service does
FlowBill turns orders from your online store into invoices, emails them to your customers with a payment link, and tells your store when an invoice is paid. Your customers pay on the checkout of your own payment account (Whop today). We are not a payment provider: we never receive, hold or move your money, and we never see card details.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.
- Keep your password and your store keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
4. Your payment account and what you sell
- You connect your own payment account (for example Whop) and must follow that provider's terms and rules.
- Your invoices and checkouts must show your real business name and the real items the customer buys. You may not use the service to hide or misdescribe your business, your products or your industry to a payment provider, a card network or a customer.
- You may only sell products your payment provider allows for your account, and that you have the right to sell.
- You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, refunds, customer service and the laws that apply to your sales.
5. Plans and payment
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed in advance each month or year and can be cancelled at any time; a cancellation applies at the end of the period you paid for. Going over the Starter invoice limit does not stop your invoices; we will ask you to move to a paid plan for the next month. Prices exclude VAT. Fees charged by your payment provider are separate and paid to them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, to send spam, or to try to break or overload it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, customers or payment providers at risk.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. If a message to your store fails, we retry it for up to three days.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made by your payment provider about your account, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the service
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of [country/jurisdiction].
